Be sure to provide a valid email address, you can
also provide your Instagram handle if you wish to receive your proof via Instagram.

If you do not respond in 2 business days, your items will be sent as is. If you need
your items sooner a rush fee will be required.

Note: If water bottles are one of your selections, you will receive labels and not the
actual water bottles.
