    *USPS DELAYS** The USPS is currently experiencing severe delays in some areas. If your tracking number indicates your package has been shipped, please allow additional time for the USPS to deliver your item. I check pending shipments daily to update customers as necessary. Smile Away Customs uses USPS (United States Post Office) services for most shipping orders. Shipping Rates are based per order depending on the total weight. Free Standard Shipping for ALL orders over $50, for Domestic (Continental United States) ONLY. MISSING PACKAGES We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please confirm your delivery address prior to ordering AND ensure that the delivery can be made to a secure location. If the USPS or other tracking service indicates the package was delivered, we will not ship a replacement order. Shipments via priority mail ARE insured and we will handle the replacement of your items. No matter the shipping chosen, we will go above and beyond to assist our customers in providing the information necessary to locate missing packages.
  • Order Processing
    ORDER PROCESSING TIME Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, please allow up to 3 business days to process your order. If your order is placed after business hours or on a holiday, the processing time starts the next business day. All Smile Away Customs products are handcrafted in the U.S.A., in a home-based environment, not drop shipped from China.
  • Refund Policy
    RETURN POLICY Due to the hand-crafted nature of our products, we cannot accept exchanges or returns, but enjoying your product is very important to us, and we are committed to your satisfaction with all purchased products.   • Deposits
    Deposits are due at the time of booking (20% of booking) with the remaining balance due 2 days prior to the event. Deposits are not refundable. Cancellations allowed up until 5 days prior to the event.
  • Printing Services
    We accept PDF, JPEG or PNG files. For the best printing quality, we recommend sending us a high-resolution PDF format for CMYK printing. Sending Your Files Email your file to sacsc@smileawaycustoms.com and include your Order number in the subject line to avoid any processing delays.
